Our Discovery World Case - a trip around the world with some fantastic wine. 

Case includes;

Chateau Dereszla Dry Tokaji - The Furmint grapes offer the flavours of apricots and orange with a deliciously gentle spicy backbone, a pronounced texture, as well as high acidity and a notably long finish.  This wine is blended with 15% Harslevelu which enhances the crisp, fresh character of this wine.  Delicious with many poultry or fish dishes.

The Liberator Episode 36 This Is The Sea Albarino -  Fresh acidity balances the full body and firm structure of the wine and, with a maritime note, it reminds Rick how well the wine matches seafood.

Judith Beck Ink - This biodynamic beauty with a blast of dark fruits, spices and fresh, springy juiciness that leaps from the glass on the nose and hits the palate like a mouthful of summer berries. There are no oaky flavours in Ink although some time in large barrels is spent in the maturation.

AA San Ferdinando, Chianti Podere Gamba - A brilliant Chianti from AA San Ferdinando. Nice fruit here, but the joker in the blend is some Pugnitello, a pugnacious indigenous grape rediscovered by the University of Florence and being gradually reintroduced to this part of Tuscany. 

Alpataco Pinot Noir, Familia Schroeder - Familia Schroeder are one of the pioneers of re-establishing vineyards in Patagonia and have a magnificent estate and winery in San Patricio del Chanar a lovely river valley within a harsh dessert environment. Deeply perfumed aromas with notes of black cherry, redcurrant, summer fruit and plenty of power, spice and a silky balance. Sweet tannins and balanced acidity with fine notes of vanilla and cocoa powder.

Seriously Cool Cinsault - leading the march for Cinsault's renaissance in the Cape, Seriously Cool Cinsault has been lauded by UK wine critics receiving 90+ point scores from Decanter and Tim Atkin MW, in addition to a much-coveted Jancis Robinson "Wine of The Week".  Bright fresh cherry and cranberry fruits with a savoury, fynbos finesse.  This is delicious!
