This bone-dry Chenin Blanc, with a small amount of skin contact, has delicious flavours of crunchy green apples, white peach, a hint of dried herbs and zesty lemon pith. With refreshing minerality and zipping acidity, it is unfiltered so slightly cloudy in the glass. A delcious crisp, dry Swartland Chenin in all its glory.
Enjoy with smoked salmon or mackerel pâté, or perhaps an unpasteurised creamy young goat’s cheese on sourdough toast with a green-apple and fennel coleslaw on the side.
