Chateau Dereszla, Tokaji Vintage Brut Methode Traditionnelle - an elegant white sparkling wine, created from a blend of typical Hungarian varieties - Furmint and Harslevelu, grown in vineyards in the Tokaj region. The average age of vines growing on loess soils is 35 years. Harvested by hand, after sorting, passing through a press and primary vinification, the wine is subjected to secondary fermentation in bottles according to the traditional method of producing sparkling wines. The wine is on the lees for 14 months.

Chateau Deresla , owned by the d'Olan family from Champagne since 2000, is located in an amazing location - in the heart of the legendary Tokaj vineyard, which stretches over 5,000 hectares around the small town of Tokaj in eastern Hungary. The cellars of the winery are located in beautiful caves dug right into the rocks. Restored in 2003, they allow wines to be aged in the spirit of tradition and at the most correct temperature and humidity conditions. Chateau owns 60 hectares of beautiful vineyards. The soil of the site is composed of clay and loess (sedimentary rock) with a large amount of volcanic and sedimentary elements. The average age of the vines is 35 years. The farm cultivates three autochthonous grape varieties: Furmint, Harsheveli and Muscat. In 2007, the old winery was completely renovated and modernized, and a new processing plant and logistics center were built.

Situated in the heart of the Tokaj region, the origins of Chateau Dereszla can be traced back to the 18th century. The Estate owns 27 hectares spread across the designated “Grand Cru” area, and the large diversity of soils throughout these vineyard holdings is a crucial factor in the complexity of their wines. The historic cellars were fully renovated in 2003 and equipped with state-of-the-art winemaking technology. The winemaking team has a long-established expertise in vinification, as well as sharing a dedication to perfection and passion for the beautiful wines that they produce.
