This delicious sparkling cider is made from hand picked and pressed apples from our own orchards at Trevibban Mill. We have 32 varieties of traditional apples, 70% are Cornish varieties including trees propagated from cuttings from old Cornish hedges. The rest are traditional cooking and dessert apples.
We believe this mixture gives excellent balance to our cider. We use natural methods of production with very little intervention. From 100% apple juice.
