A rich, full-bodied, organic Chardonnay. A complex wine with aromas of butter, accacia flowers and sweet spice. The palate is soft with melon, mineral oyster shell and brioche flavours. Excellent with roast chicken or Cornish Yarg. 6 months partially fermenting in new French oak barrels at ambient temperature and then went through malolactic fermentation post blending.
