Partnered with several independent Cornish cider producers Pocketful of Stones will have different variants of Cider Brandy as the seasons change. First up we have Jonathan Gould using apples grown at their Grampound Orchard. They've taken their exceptional cider, distilled it twice and then aged it in American oak bourbon barrels for just over two years.
