Named after the winery hound, the young, energetic guard dog Cicero (the Chihuahua!).
A blend of Dornfelder and Pinotin from the exceptional 2025 harvest. 100% stainless steel ferment and ageing made with minimal intervention. Fresh, vibrant, fruity red wine for drinking young. Medium-bodied, ripe red fruit - think plums, cherries and raspberries. Pairs extremely well with charcuterie.
