1 x bottle of Camel Valley still red Pinot Noir - Camel Valley located in Bodmin, Cornwall. Founded in 1989, it has been one of the pioneers of modern English winemaking and has earned an international reputation through award-winning vintages, helping establish England as a serious wine-producing nation.  This still red Pinot Noir Offers bright fruit aromas of raspberry and pomegranate, complimented on the palate by notes of vanilla and clove from maturation in French oak barrels.

1x bottle of Shillingham Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc - A Sauvignon Blanc from South-East Cornwall, grown on the vineyard’s south-facing slopes beside the River Lynher. Shillingham particularly champions Sauvignon Blanc, with around 14,000 vines planted.  Aromatic, that is a vibrant taste of English spring, offering bright notes of asparagus, mint, and citrus. The dry palate opens with soft green fruit and bell peppers before evolving into delightful grassy, herbaceous flavours.

The organically-farmed estate, near to Padstow is managed in a way that promotes biodiversity and their products fully express the Cornish landscape. Dornfelder and Rondo are two grape varieties that can fully ripen in our colder British climate and have been blended by Trevibban Mill for an overall great red. The nose is soft and supple with aromas of dark berries, cooked plums and damsons. The palate is generous, with flavours of black cherry, blackcurrant topped by a gentle spiciness.
