Koneva is the very first Cornish Aperitif. It’s a fusion of warm, dry spicy notes of cinchona, cassia and sweet orange and the rich fruitiness of goji berries, cranberries and cherries. Serve as a classic spritz with Cornish sparkling wine and soda or as a fully Cornish Negroni with Knightor Rose Vermouth and our very own Trevethan Gin.
Perfect serve: Navas Soda Water or Premium Tonic water and a peel of orange.
