Chateau Ollieres, Coteaux Varois en Provence Rose - This perky pink has good freshness, delicious floral fruit and a refreshing spiciness. Its utterly delicious. Pair well with most Meditteranean style dishes from olives to seafood to grilled vegtables.

Domaines Ott, Coeur de Grain 'Clos Mireille' Provence Rose - Domaines Ott was founded in 1896 when Marcel Ott arrived in Provence. He founded Château de Selle in 1912, Clos Mireille in 1935 and then Château Romassan in 1956. In 2004, Domaines Ott joined Louis Roederer. The bottle is in iconic amphora shape and energitic with well defined flavours of currant, lime, white peach, melon and hawthorn. Zesty long finish. Perfect with a Provencal rack of lamb.
