Perfect light golden, with hints of silver, colour and beautifully fine bubbles. Aromas begin with caramelised sugar and crème brulee before the wine opens up and builds with intensity with a small amount of time in the glass. Strawberry and cherry flavours on the first sip, as your palate is tickled by the tiny bubbles, evolve through to mandarin and sweet pastry with just a hint of vanilla on the finish. Both power and freshness complete this beautiful single vineyard English sparkling wine. This is top notch British fizz is on a par with Krug or similar heavy weights from Champagne.
