Complex yet refreshing blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Nyetimber Rose is a vibrant pink colour, with finely formed small bubbles. On the nose, aromas of crunchy currants and wild strawberry intermingle. Hints of spice and buttery pastry add layers of rich interest. Ripe and sweet red fruit flavours, together with gentle bubbles, provide a fullness but also a supple texture to the wine. Bright and pure acidity adds perfect balance and leaves the palate refreshed.
