Nyetimber 1086 Brut 2010

West Sussex's Nyetimber have established themselves as one of England's top sparkling wine houses. Their head winemaker, Cherie Spriggs, was the first person outside of Champagne to be awarded Sparkling Winemaker of the Year in 2018. She was also the first woman to win the accolade.

The first ever Prestige Cuvee made in England, 1086 represents the pinnacle of their winemaking. The 2010 vintage has a rich and generous fruit character alongside a savoury and caramelised flavour (the result of almost a decade of ageing). Its texture and richness allow for pairing with some of the most decadent and complex ingredients which highlight the wine’s exquisite character.

45% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Meunier.
