The limited Solera of this Palo Cortado comprises only 22 casks. Aged in American oak casks in the traditional “Solera y Criaderas” system in Jerez de la Frontera. This exceptional Palo Cortado has an average ageing period of 20 years. Very old, unctuous and with an overwhelming personality, this wine is bottled “en rama” - with no filtration or stabilization - keeping its true essence intact. Genuine and extremely complex.
