Island Gin - Cask Aged Rose Limited Edition

This delicious cask aged Rosé is inspired from watching many sunsets over Samson. Oriel Hicks created a glass panel which they have on the bottle. You look through the tawny spirit to the picture behind. A lovely glass stopper with the co-ordinates of Samson sits atop the bottle.

The Island Gin Rosé takes it’s warm colour from ageing in port oak barrels, which also delivers inviting perfumed aromas of tawny port, dry vermouth, cedar wood and subtle vanilla on the nose.

Ideally enjoyed over ice, it can also be enjoyed as a long drink with indian tonic water.
