Henriques & Henriques 10 year old Malvasia Madeira

Tasting Notes: The Henriques & Henriques 10 year old Malvasia Madeira exhibits classic Malmsey character: Sweet dried fruits (including orange marmalade and cherry), demerara sugar, toffee, espresso and walnut. Impressively rich, full-bodied and complete. Despite the 110g of residual sugar, the wine has a certain minerality and saltiness.

Pairing Recommendations: Malvasia works exceptionally well with Chocolate based dishes, as well as crème caramel, crème brûlée and coffee. A tried and tasted recipe is pumpkin, roasted white chocolate, black sesame and a drizzle of honey.
