Gran Cerdo Rose

The Gran Cerdo Tempranillo is one of our best-selling reds and now the much-loved "pig wine" comes in rose form!  This is safe as houses. 100% dry. 100% easy as... Much to like here, it's stupidly good value. Pink wine with as much freshness as there is flavour, of which there is much.

A blend of mainly Tempranillo (80%) and Garnacha plus a little sprinkle of a mysterious variety (20%), this rosado is another sure-fire crowd pleaser, pouring a vibrant candy pink with lashings of strawberry and cherry. Unbelievable value as always from the GC.

Gran Cerdo wines are created by larger than life winemaker Gonzalo Grijalba. Proving you can make a fantastic Rioja, following Organic & Biodynamic practices, at an affordable price. A lot like the other two wines from Gonzalo this is unbelievably good value and a proper good sipper!

And Gonzalo makes no secret of the disdain held for bankers. The back label...  Gran Cerdo is a great wine dedicated to the bank executives that denied loans to us on the basis that wine is not a seizable asset. One day, these greasy and sweaty corporate suits will find that the best things in life cannot be impounded. Thanks to our friends help, we were finally able to bottle this wine. Now you can enjoy it.
