Cornish Charcuterie's award-winning duck rillette with cranberries and Grand Marnier is our best seller. We use free range duck legs poached in duck fat, shredded and combined with aromatic spices and cranberries soaked in Grand Marnier.
Perfect paired with Popti biscuits as part of a ploughmans with a fruity ale.
