100% Pinot Noir from 40 to 50-year-old vines from select parcels throughout Puligny-Montrachet. Fermentation mainly takes place in stainless steel to retain vibrancy and freshness, however, a small proportion is done in 2 to 3-year-old oak to add depth and complexity. Bravo, Sylvain!
Enticing aromas of strawberry, raspberry and black cherry with a touch of iris. Ripe, round and juicy on the palate with silky, soft tannins that flow through into a darker core of blackberry, blackberry and undertones of cassis.
