Produced in the Limoux area of the Languedoc with 40% aged in French and American oak. This Viognier has a pale gold colour with aromas of apricot, peach and pear. Rich and aromatic with a long lasting zesty finish. This viognier would go well with chicken or pork but we think it would work great with Asian flavours such as a chicken pad-thai or a zingy green curry.
