Clos du Val Carneros Estate Chardonnay - Toasted salty caramel aromas combine with crunchy appley characters.  Mouth-watering with poise and fine texture.  Fresh green pear, peach and apricot fruit flavours balanced with nutty oak.  This is an elegant and complex Chardonnay with well-balanced oak and a long finish.

Clos du Val Cabernet Sauvignon - Classic Napa Cabernet.  This wine is made from a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc and 7% Merlot.  Deep garnet with aromas of black fruits, cedar wood, dark chocolate and leather. The palate is rich and complex with supple blackcurrant fruits and more complex characters of wood spice and graphite pencil. The texture is focused with well structured tannins and great acidity.
