Capofeto Grillo is produced using a rigorously sourced selection of organically grown grapes. This wine is light straw yellow in colour, fruity with a finish of Sicilian citrus. On the palate it is clean, soft with a good level of acidity. Excellent with pasta, fish and grilled and vegetable dishes. Perfect as aperitif or simply by its own. Serving temperature 10°-12°C.
The Sicilian viticulture is unique in the world: diversified territories on the slopes of the mountains or near the sea, with vineyards located either few meters from the shoreline or at the bottom of a volcano.
