Ayala Brut Majeur NV

Brought back to greatness by Bollinger, the house of Ayala has thrived in recent years under the watchful eye of chief winemaker Caroline Latrive. Her passion for Chardonnay has led to the creation of a beguilingly pure, elegant and linear Champagne.

Brut Majeur is the finest expression of the Champagne Ayala style. Pale gold in colour with a fine mousse. This wine is rich and aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity.

Pinot Noir gives this wine richness and a long finish while Chardonnay, from the finest soils of the Cotes des Blancs, adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness. Pinot Meunier, mainly from the Marne Valley, gives this wine an appealing fruitiness and roundness.
