Vinedo de los Vientos, Anarkia Tannat

VINEYARD: 17ha vineyard, located next to the coast, where the River Plate estuary meets the Atlantic Ocean.
Soils are formed of calcareous white and brown clays.
VITICULTURE: No insecticides were used and dry no-till farming was employed in the vineyard. The winemaker practices sustainable farming.
WINEMAKING: Minimal intervention in the winemaking. No sulphur was added and only indigenous yeasts were used. Hand harvested.
TASTING NOTES: Spicy and perfumed with juicy blueberry and blackberry fruit. Subtle tannins and a refreshing, palate-cleansing acidity. Clean and balanced with vibrancy and focus
