Spicy and perfumed with juicy blueberry and blackberry fruit. Subtle tannins and a refreshing, palate-cleansing acidity. Clean and balanced with vibrancy and focus.
Bodega Pablo Fallabrino has 17hectares of vineyard, located next to the coast, where the River Plate estuary meets the Atlantic Ocean. Soils are formed of calcareous white and brown clays. No insecticides are used and dry no-till farming is employed in the vineyard and all the grapes are hand-harvested. Sustainable farming is very much at the heart of what they do. Minimal intervention in the winemaking. No sulphur was added and only indigenous yeasts were used.
