A beautiful blend of Pecorino, Trebbiano and Passerina from Marche, Italy.
A perfumed nose of enticing honeysuckle, peach and lychee. Medium bodied with fresh and well balanced acidity.
Ciu Ciu, Bacchus Rosso - Montepulciano/Sangiovese - Vegan and Organic
A 50/50 blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese from Marche, Italy.
Notes of strawberries, cherry and liquorice, light tannins and a crisp finish. Can be served chilled.
Domaine du Moulin Camus, Folle Blanche (Valet) - Vegan
From the Loire Valley, Folle Blanche is a rare white grape that was once ubiquitous across the region. This variety is perhaps best known for its distillation into brandy, especially in the Cognac and Armagnac regions. This is a great alternative to Picpoul and pairs incredibly well with shellfish.
Chateau Ollieux-Romanis, Lo Petit Fantet de l'Hippolyte - Vegan, Organic and Low Sulphur
This Southern French red is full of black cherry, thyme and wood-spice on the nose give way to soft fruit on the palate, with warming garrigues flavours. This is mostly Carignan, with a little Grenache and Syrah for good measure. Only natural yeasts are used and no sulphur is added. The label was designed by the Vigneron’s young son Hippolyte, who is often to be found amongst the vines.
Bodega Classica, Pharos Rioja Blanco - Vegan
Selected from old vines Viura vineyards located in the Sonsierra area of Rioja, Spain. This wine is a revelation! Delicious notes of ripe fruit, dates and bananas on the nose follow through to a fresh and fleshy, long and wonderfully balanced finish on the palate. This wine has seen some oak ageing, but this has been incredibly well managed here so it most definitely not of the old style white riojas that were massively over-oaked and extracted.
Fiori di Campo Prosecco Spumante - Vegan and Organic
A fresh, fragrant and organic Prosecco with aromas of green fruits, elderflower and honeysuckle and attractive crisp finish. An excellent aperitif and accompaniment to olives, crudites, cold meats, light seafood or grilled vegetables.
