Trevibban Mill is Cornwall’s leading wine and cider producer. The organically-farmed estate is managed in a way that promotes biodiversity and their products fully express the Cornish landscape. Their low-intervention approach is quite unique in the context of English wine.
Trevibban’s Rock Rose is one of the top English still roses you’ll find. It is Provençal pale pink but a blend of Dornfelder and Pinot Noir. The wine is an aromatic journey through English summer. The nose is heavily dominated by Wimbledon-esq strawberries and cream. The palate has layers of cherry, raspberry, fruit salad and ripe strawberries. Dangerously drinkable on a warm summer day!
