Born of 3 vintages 2023, 2024 & 2025 blended together from a total of just 5 barrels.
Rich and multi-layered with delicious aromas of Morello cherries, plums, figs and prunes, alongside vanilla and leather. The palate is medium-bodied, with flavours of dark chocolate, black pepper and tobacco, with a fine linear minerality and ripe tannins on the finish.
