This elegant and easily approachable Sauvignon Blanc is softer and more refined than its ‘zestier’ Marlborough counterpart. Gisborne’s warmer climate, coastal influence and fertile soils enable us to produce a softer, more delicate style of sauvignon blanc with layers of ripe fruit and subtle savoury nuances.

This wine has enticing aromas of green apple, stone fruit, melon and bell pepper leading to a harmonious palate with a blend of luscious fruit intensity. Pair this with your favourite cheese antipasto or seafood dishes.
