White stone fruit, hints of citrus, jasmine and a touch of minerality with a focussed acid and long finish.
Low yield, bush-vine Grenache Blanc on well-drained sandy soil.
Best served at 10 to 12°C, this wine will develop in complexity over the next 2 years.
Minimal intervention winemaking is key to showcase the expressive character from this vineyard. Hand-harvested and whole bunch pressed, the Grenache Blanc is thereafter wild fermented in older 300L French oak barrels. Barrel aging on the fine lees for 8 months adds texture and mid-pallet weight.
