Terrific flagship rum bottled by Richard Seale, the famous Bajan rum producer and now proprietor of Barbados's Foursquare distillery. This stuff is excellent.
With aromas of spicy cooked red appled with vanilla, raw pastry, thyme and old oak wardrobe. Slightly sweet, warm spicy (cinnamon, nutmeg) cidery roasted apple and caramel on the palate. Woody toffee apple, creamy vanilla and milk chocolate with lingering spice on the finish.
