Grenache Noir loves the heat. In the Languedoc it flourishes splendidly and shows all its potential to produce spicy and silky and soft red wines with a rather low tannin content. The Vignobles Paul Mas Grenache has exactly that softness and velvety fullness, flavours of red and black berries a little cherry and the mediterranean herbs, known as Garrigue.

The wines of the Vignobles Paul Mas range are produced from vineyards of the Nicole estate near Pézenas and the Château Paul Mas in Conas. Michel Mas is responsible for the vinification and is supported by the Australian oenologist Richard Osborne.
