Our Organic Mixed Case is a six bottle selection of wines that are all Certified Organic or Biodynamic or both!  Why choose Organic?  Organic viticulture is a method of grape cultivation that avoids synthetic chemicals like herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers, focusing instead on nurturing a healthy, biodiverse vineyard ecosystem through natural processes and materials to produce resilient vines, high-quality fruit and wines that shine!

Salandini Pilastri, Falerio - Organic and Vegan - Italy - Saladini Pilastri is a fantastic Organic dry white from Italy’s Marche region. It is made from a blend of ancient, native grape varieties - Passerina, Pecorino and Trebbiano. 

Bumblebees are in crisis. Let it Bee donates 0.20€ per bottle sold to the BumbleBee Conservation Trust in the UK.  This crisp white has intense citrus aromas with some softer mellow notes of jasmine and peach. It has refreshing acidity, good balance and lasting tropical notes on the finish.

Predominantly Grenache Blanc with a little Vermentino and Roussanne, this graceful white wine combines fruitiness and freshness.  Notes of citrus fruits are mingled with the aromas of white flowers and a touch of minerality.

Botter Organic Primitivo - Organic and Vegan - Italy

Deep purple in colour, classic Primitivo with notes of red cherry and plum jam, in addition to notes of sweet spices.  Perfect for a BBQ!

Emiliana Adobe Reserva Carmenere - Organic and Vegan - Chile
Carmenere at it's absolute best, with a nose of spicy pepper and bags of fruit. This Carmenere, which has been adopted as Chile's national grape, is a deep bodied red wine with aromas of chimichurri spice, capsicum, black pepper and juicy mulberries. Jammy on the palate with ripe plums, green herbs and toasty vanilla spice. Deliciously easy to drink!

Judith Beck Ink, juicy, fresh, biodynamic, Austrian red wine. Ink is a very lively, fresh biodynamic wine from Burgenland in Austria. The Judith Beck winery is based near lake (i can never pronounce it) Neusiedlersee. This is the warmest region of Austria for wine production. They can get some quite big red wines here and many producers beef them up further with new, toasted oak and go for richness and power. Judith Beck Ink is not like that at all! It is a biodynamic beauty with a blast of dark fruits, spices and fresh, springy juiciness that leaps from the glass on the nose and hits the palate like a mouthful of summer berries. There are no oaky flavours in Ink although some time in large barrels is spent in the maturation. This biodynamic red from Judith Beck is for natural summer quaffing and it is perfect for that! Can even been enjoyed lightly chilled.
