Capofeto Grillo - Organic - Italy  Produced using rigorously sourced selection of organically grown grapes. This wine is light straw yellow in colour, fruity with a finish of Sicilian citrus.  On the palate it is clean, soft with a good level of acidity.  Excellent with pasta, fish and grilled and vegetable dishes.  Perfect as aperitif or simply by its own. The Sicilian viticulture is unique in the world: diversified territories on the slopes of the mountains or near the sea, with vineyards located either few meters from the shoreline or at the bottom of a volcano.

Viento Aliseo, Viognier - Organic, Biodynamic and Vegan - Spain
A beautiful pale gold in colour, highly aromatic with perfumed, floral aromas on the nose. The palate is full of white blossom, magnolia and peach flavours, balanced perfectly with a refreshing, citric acidity. The balance of aromatic notes with the acidity leaves a clean and floral impression in the mouth.

Chateau Mourgues du Gres, Les Galets Blanc, Costieres de Nimes - Organic and Vegan- France
Predominantly Grenache Blanc with a little Vermentino and Roussanne, this graceful white wine combines fruitiness and freshness.  Notes of citrus fruits are mingled with the aromas of white flowers and a touch of minerality.

Emiliana Adobe Reserva Carmenere - Organic and Vegan - Chile
Carmenere at it's absolute best, with a nose of spicy pepper and bags of fruit. This Carmenere, which has been adopted as Chile's national grape, is a deep bodied red wine with aromas of chimichurri spice, capsicum, black pepper and juicy mulberries. Jammy on the palate with ripe plums, green herbs and toasty vanilla spice. Deliciously easy to drink!

Norte Sur Tempranillo Cabernet Sauvignon - Organic and Vegan - Spain

This blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright cherry red in colour with aromas of red berries and cherries on the nose. The palate is smooth with crunchy red fruits and a refreshing acidity. Soft tannins add structure to the wine which finishes long and fruity. Ideal with BBQ'd meats and sausages.

Judith Beck Ink, juicy, fresh, biodynamic, Austrian red wine. Ink is a very lively, fresh biodynamic wine from Burgenland in Austria. The Judith Beck winery is based near lake (i can never pronounce it) Neusiedlersee. This is the warmest region of Austria for wine production. They can get some quite big red wines here and many producers beef them up further with new, toasted oak and go for richness and power. Judith Beck Ink is not like that at all! It is a biodynamic beauty with a blast of dark fruits, spices and fresh, springy juiciness that leaps from the glass on the nose and hits the palate like a mouthful of summer berries. There are no oaky flavours in Ink although some time in large barrels is spent in the maturation. This biodynamic red from Judith Beck is for natural summer quaffing and it is perfect for that! Can even been enjoyed lightly chilled.
