Oena Gin - No. 2 Barbaresco

Barbaresco is one of the greatest wines, from the Piedmont region in north west Italy. It is produced from the fragrant, yet incredibly structured Nebbiolo grape. Barbaresco is characterised by its rich, spicy flavours and perfumed sweetness. It is considered to be more elegant and refined that its counterpart, Barolo.

OĒNA ‘Barbaresco’ is infused with post-ferment, macerated Nebbiolo grapes. These grapes have been hand-picked from the heart of Piedmont and blended with eleven carefully selected botanicals. Including juniper, cherry, blackcurrant and orange. French oak has been used to highlight the extravagant aromas and flavours of this world-renowned wine region.

The Palate - Burnt orange is complemented by dark berry fruits and balanced sweetness.

The Finish - Dry juniper leads, then reveals a perfumed finale and smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
