Carefully crafted from Cornish water and raw Muscovado sugar. Complex and expressive on the nose with floral notes, vanilla, fresh linen and orchard fruits. It has a similar nose to a non-aromatic and well made Pisco. There’s a touch of dark roast coffee and demerara in the background. Playful and rich. Very flavoursome with a nice balance between sweet and savoury components and appetising sour notes. Maybe a little fiery when tasted neat but it is beautifully distilled and warming on the palate. This unique beauty is something new and refreshing from the brilliant Wrecking Coast Distillery of Cornwall. Unique in its flavour profile we are expecting this to be a big hit with rum enthusiasts or cocktail creators and lovers.
