The La Gondola tuna is caught using Dolphin friendly techniques. The variety of tuna used is skipjack and predominately caught from the Atlantic ocean, with some excess catches being from the Indonesian ocean. Inside the tin, you get two large fillets of perfectly packaged tuna.
