This Cretan rosé is made from the indigenous grape variety Liatiko, sourced from pre-phylloxera bush vines, shielding the fruit from Mt. Psiloritis winds and intense Cretan sunlight. Grown at altitudes exceeding 800m on Mount Kedros and grown here for over a century.
Produced by winemaker Myriam Ambuzer, this is a Provençal pale rosé in style and consequently the perfect rosé for sipping while basking in sunshine. Soft red berry fruit aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry on the nose complement the refreshing, mineral and concentrated palate. Lingering ripe fruit and gentle acidity give a beautiful balanced finish.
