This wonderful Organic Cornish Spiced Rum is made with a 100% Soil Association certified organic molasses wash, double pot distilled and rested in ex-bourbon oak casks, infused with a handful of carefully selected botanicals including figs that we smoke over oak at the distillery, orange peel and ginger.
