A warming, botanical, sustainable and highly sippable rum liqueur. Made using discarded cacao husks from Chocolarder’s bean-to-bar chocolate factory - 200 yards from the distillery door, fresh rosemary, a touch of sea salt and just enough maple-sweetness to keep things balanced. Simply chilled over ice, or in an old fashioned, espresso martini or Irish coffee. It also makes a beautiful chocolate negroni, and one customer has even reported making 'the best affogato I've ever had' with it.
It’s a joy to be part of this little circular food economy in Cornwall (Chocolarder use figs from Loveday's rum production in one of their bars, Loveday use Chocolarder's cacao husks - perfect!).
