Grüner Veltliner is the Austrian grape. It’s all racy lime and grapefruit, with a taste that wine aficionados describe as ‘white pepper’... Crisp, bright and herbaceous. The sort of wine that gives White Burgundy a run for its money. Its combination of citrus fruits, nectarine and white pepper flavours are only possible due to the cool, misty climate that engulfs the estate.
