The La Loupe Grenache Blanc is from the Languedoc region in the South of France. This single varietal is unoaked allowing the crisp flavours to shine through and as such it is made to be drunk whilst young and fresh (the wine not the drinker)
It has a lovely dry and richly textured palate. Beautiful aromas of hedgerow flowers and orange blossom. It has a surprisingly mid-bodied palate rich with flavours of acacia, peach and greengages balanced by a dry mineral finish.
La Loupe Grenache Blanc pairs perfectly with grilled fish and shellfish and would also go really well with slightly spicy Asian flavours.
