A light-bodied, fruit-forward English Red, ideally paired alongside roast lamb or pork.
This wine displays aromas of morello cherries and sweet spice. The palate is light and full of red fruits, with just a gentle toastiness imparted from the oak.
Made from the superb 2022 vintage, the grapes were picked in near perfect condition on the 7th September. The grapes were crushed and fermented, then later aged in French oak.
