Klipfel, Alsace Sushi K - Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer & Muscat

A deliciously appealing aperitif wine. Floral perfume with a touch of spicy fruit. On the palate it has lychee, mango and spice flavour. The spark of the spiciness is also the perfect match with sushi and sashimi with a touch of wasabi on the side.

An historic House, Klipfel House was established in 1824 in Barr (in the heart of Alsacian Wine road). This family estate owns 40 hectares of vines, including the exceptional Clos Zisser and famous Grands Crus. Incredible wines: Kirchberg de Barr Grand Cru benefits from an ideal South/ South-East exposure on 13 hectares. In Andlau, Riesling is planted on Wiebelsberg Grand Cru with sandstone soil, and Kastelberg Grand Cru, only Alsatian vineyard planted on schist. They have a wonderful wine tasting cellar: A true symbol of authenticity culture and history in Alsace.
