Carmenere at it's absolute best, with a nose of spicy pepper and bags of fruit. This Carmenere, which has been adopted as Chile's national grape, is a deep bodied red wine with aromas of chimichurri spice, capsicum, black pepper and juicy mulberries. Jammy on the palate with ripe plums, green herbs and toasty vanilla spice. Deliciously easy to drink!

Created by the Emiliana co-op, one of the most important producers of organic and biodynamic wines in South America. Overseen by General Manager José Guilisasti and winemaking consultant Alvaro Espinoza at Emiliana's stunning Los Robles winery.

Pairs beautifully with: Beef chilli tacos, smoked pork, sticky glaze BBQ chicken, grilled vegetables or portobello mushrooms stuffed with cheese.

Adobe, an ancient material made from clay, sand, water and straw, was shaped into bricks and dried in the sun, was traditionally used in Chile's countryside for homes and other buildings. Emiliana decided to use adobe to build the walls of its sustainable wine cellar at Los Roblos and name their range of Reserva level wines made from organic grapes after this noble material. Emiliana’s Adobe range of wines reflect the quality of their vineyards, always with a deep respect for nature and their workers.
