A natural wine designed by one Beaujolais' greatest winemakers! Jean Foillard's Morgon 'Cuvée 3.14' 2018 is an inspirational wine, intended for lovers of big personality wines that are built for the long term. This is one of the Domaine's greatest cuvées - possibly, even, one of Beaujolais's greatest wines.

Made from old Gamay vines planted on possibly the best granite soils of the appellation, this cuvée takes its name from the balance sought between precision, substance and harmony. Dark ruby/garnet in colour. Aromas of black cherry, blackberry and plum, along with notes of violet, fine spices and a touch of minerality, followed by crushed red berries, licorice, black tea and undergrowth all appear in the glass. This is a complex, brooding giant, destined for great things. It is perfectly balanced with fine, silky tannins. The ripe black fruit has intensity, minerality, complexity and a great, almost ethereal, purity with a beautifully long finish.
