The vineyards of Domaine Gerard Thomas Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Murgers Dents de Chien is right next to the most famous producers of Puligny Montrachet. It is a beautifully balanced white Burgundy from one of the Cote de Beaune’s most consistent and high-quality villages. While less famous than its neighbours, Saint-Aubin is regarded as one of Burgundy’s top-performing communes, with nearly three-quarters of its vineyards classified as Premier Cru and wines celebrated for their clarity, quality and exceptional value.

The day-to-day running of this domaine is now in the highly capable hands of Gérard’s two daughters, Anne and Isabelle. Their technical training has resulted in fresher, purer wines with more precise flavours. The nose is fresh and layered, offering aromas of citrus zest, white peach and subtle floral notes, underpinned by flinty minerality. The palate is taut and energetic, revealing lemon curd, ripe orchard fruit and delicate oak influence. Balanced by vibrant acidity and a long, saline finish.
