Cornish Moonshine is made with 100% Corn and is distilled 5 times to produce this beautifully smooth un-aged liquor. The Corn base is how Bourbons start their life before the barrell ageing.
Aromas of fruit and green grass give way to earthy flavours with a long warm finish. This is a brilliant product and very well put together. Great as a digestive and would work well in lots of cocktails.
Beware the Devils bite! 55% abv!!
