Pale straw in colour, with a tantalising orchard fruit character on the nose, plus spring blossom and a touch of green herbs. In the mouth this is bright and fresh, with vibrant citrus flavours, green apple and a touch of steely minerality. Good clean finish and zesty acidity leave the palate refreshed. Cool fermentation and minimising yields (the vines are also on average 30 years old) keeps quality high for a variety which is so often over-produced. Perfect with seafood risotto.

Excellent wines and excellent service
Recommended by a neighbour and wasn't disappointed. Excellent selection of wines with informative commentary and very prompt next day delivery (we're local to them). We bought a selection and have tried 2 bottles so far - a delicious Trefili pinot grigio and a deeply engaging red of Masseria Li Veli. More to come!
