Disfrutand0,0 Verdejo is a non-alcoholic wine made entirely from the Verdejo grape variety. After meticulous dealcoholization, Bodegas Juan Gil managed to preserve all the essence and quality of the wine it comes from. The result is a white that surprises with its pleasant citrus aromas (lime) and white flowers (jasmine), which pairs well with fresh and light dishes such as fish, seafood, salads, rice dishes and goats cheese.

The origins of Bodegas Juan Gil date back to 1906, and since then, it has been a family business with a history in Jumilla. The firm has more than 800 hectares of its own vineyard distributed across different denominations of origin such as Rias Baixas, Rueda, Montsant, Almansa and Jumilla itself.
