The Vida Loca Red is made from a blend of Portuguese grape varieties. Crushed with full destemming the grapes are fermented in stainless steel for a fresh & vibrant flavour. Bright ruby, aged colour with pale gold and tawny tones. Fruit aroma, vegetal hints. Medium body with elegant spices and delicate finale. Pair with grilled red meats, light seasoned dishes and a good piece of cheddar or Lancashire cheese.
