Trevibban Mill is Cornwall’s leading wine and cider producer. The organically-farmed estate is managed in a way that promotes biodiversity and their products fully express the Cornish landscape. Their low-intervention approach is quite unique in the context of English wine. A traditional method sparkling wine made from 100% Seyval Blanc grapes with aromas of green apple, lemon and sherbet. The palate has a delicate texture and bright acidity with a long finish. An excellent example of English Sparkling!
